Jon joined the SMF team in 2000 and quickly established himself as a leader and advocate for innovation in design. He earned a reputation for balancing practicality and creativity while remaining responsive to client needs. His experience spans a vast range of projects including public schools, healthcare, higher education, industrial buildings, offices, and multi-family apartments/mixed-use.
Jon’s valuable contributions to the firm led to his promotion to principal in 2011 and advancement to vice president in 2022.
Additionally, he mentors up-and-coming leaders in the firm. He focuses on providing opportunities for team members to reach their potential. The firm continues to achieve new levels of success due to Jon's depth of experience, sharp decision-making skills, and commitment to sustainable growth.
