Rounding out our September, SMF team members joined the American Institute of Architects Hampton Roads chapter for an exciting hard hat tour of the progress on Fusion@NEON.
This 5-story, 250+ unit apartment building and accompanying pool will be a stylish standout in Norfolk's Neon District. Amenities will include a 24-hour fitness facility with yoga and Peloton studios, rooftop terrace, billiards room, and swimming pool. It will be located a block from Granby Street and steps away from the Chrysler Museum of Art and d'Art Center.
