Princess Anne Health Campus, located off of Princess Anne Road in Virginia Beach, provides much needed healthcare services to that end of the city, an area exponentially growing. Since construction, the campus has further expanded and now includes Princess Anne Hospital and another medical office building and parking garage designed by Speight Marshall Francis.

Speight Marshall Francis provided structural engineering services with Lyall Design Architects for two 3-story and two 2-story steel-framed medical office buildings with a total square footage of 166,000.  The campus includes a concrete linear accelerator. These medical office buildings, located on Glenn Mitchell Drive, offer a variety of healthcare services such as internal medicine, endocrinology, pediatrics, family medicine, neurology, cancer treatment, and an ambulatory surgery center.
