Symbol Apartments, Mixed-Use Development at Scott's Addition

In the heart of Scott's Addition, this new mixed-use development took over the former Symbol Mattress office and warehouse space which was demolished to make way for this brand-new, modern facility. 

The new development situated along Rockbridge Street includes a three-story, 60,000 square foot steel and wood-framed mixed-use building comprised of office and retail space-retail on the first floor and office space on the second and third floors. Two four-story wood-framed apartment buildings with a total of 202 units now sit on 4.5 acres at the northwest quadrant of Rockbridge Street and Highpoint Avenue. Totaling 200,000 sf., townhomes occupy the first and second floors with apartments on the third and fourth floors. The apartment buildings offer one- and two-bedroom units with full upscale features. On-site amenities include nearly half an acre of green space, a pool, fitness facilities, a club room, a rooftop deck, and 293 parking spaces.
