Speight Marshall Francis provided structural engineering design services and Agent 1 Special Inspections for this 25,824 square foot addition which added 10 classrooms, a gymnasium, a small entrance, and an extension to the media center. Scope of work incorporated complete renovations throughout the entire 35,770 square foot existing building including a new roof, new mechanical system, and new windows. $8M estimated construction cost.
