Convergence Center Complex
Our team designed five Class A office buildings within the Convergence Center complex.
The Speight Marshall Francis team designed five Class A commercial real estate spaces within the Convergence Center complex. Over a 15-year period, we continued to be chosen for each of the new buildings as they were slated for design. The office spaces range from 49,000 to 99,000 square feet and are three to six-stories in size. They were constructed with precast architectural façade to maintain continuity throughout the complex. Parking garages are connected to the buildings by pedestrian walkways. Our team served as the Structural Engineer of Record and Agent 1 Special Inspector for all five buildings owned by Olympia Development.
