The Gateway at The ViBe
As visitors travel on I-264 approaching the oceanfront area of Virginia Beach, a new glass-façade office building will greet the way in the ViBe Creative District at 21st Street and Cypress Avenue.
Speight Marshall Francis is serving as Structural Engineer of Record for a 4-story, 84,054 sf shell office building with a luxurious penthouse. Being developed by The Runnymede Corporation, the structure uses Ecospan steel joists and a composite concrete slab system. Structural drawings completed using REVIT software.
