Speight Marshall Francis served as Structural Engineer of Record and Agent 1 Special Inspector for three, four-story wood-framed apartment buildings totaling 240,000 square feet with central corridors, elevators, and secured access. Of the 224 units, 60% are one-bedroom and 40% are two-bedrooms to accommodate the demand in the market today. Speight Marshall Francis also designed Greenwich Village’s single-story clubhouse-a 5,800 square foot building that functions as a welcome and leasing center, a club room with meeting space and a full demonstration kitchen, and a fitness center. Outdoor amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, spa, and kitchen with 1,000 square feet of covered seating space.
