The Hamilton located at 113 Battle Road in Yorktown provides luxury assisted living with the comfort of continual care provided by Virginia Health Systems (VHS). 

Served as Structural Engineer of Record and Agent 1 Special Inspector for a 40,000 sf, three-story addition to house 40 luxury assisted living apartment units and associated common spaces including a dining hall, private dining areas, sunroom, beauty shop, center, wellness, and activity areas and an outdoor courtyard.  $8.5M construction cost. Speight Marshall Francis also designed The Arbors at Port Warwick, a nearby independent retirement community that is part of Virginia Health Systems.
