RiverPark is a luxury waterfront condominium community located in the Freemason District of downtown Norfolk, Virginia. 

Speight Marshall Francis served as Structural Engineer of Record and Agent 1 Special Inspector for this new 62,000 square foot 2-building complex on the Elizabeth River in Norfolk, Virginia.  Each building consists of 22-units and is 4-stories in height with parking underneath.  The structures are pile-supported and were designed to withstand direct hurricane exposure.  RiverPark Condominiums is a gated community with city views located convenient to downtown shopping, restaurants, the Pagoda, Waterside District, and Town Point Park.
