Special Features:
The historic Church Hill district of Richmond welcomed Vida East apartments to their community in 2017. The urban neighborhood is located just above trendy Shockoe Bottom and blocks from historic St. John's Church, site of Patrick Henry's famous "Give me liberty or give me death" speech.

Speight Marshall Francis served as Structural Engineer of Record for this six-story, 200,000 square foot apartment building over a two-level cast-in-place concrete podium serving as covered parking. The building includes 130 one-bedroom and 48 two-bedroom units. The podium level is fully below grade. Amenities include a rooftop mezzanine with fire pit, skyline entertainment lounge, pool and patio in the courtyard, 24/7 fitness center, and private theater room. VHDA financed project.
