The Virginia Building located at 101 West Plume Street is an award-winning historical renovation and adaptive reuse project in downtown Norfolk, Virginia.

Served as Structural Engineer of Record for adaptive reuse/renovation of a seven-story, historical downtown building into a mixed-use building containing 135 apartments and 5,000 square feet of retail. The building, which formerly served as Class B office space, is located in downtown Norfolk at the corner of Granby and Plume Streets, near MacArthur Mall. Amenities include a rooftop courtyard & lounge, club/billiards room, fitness center, and elevator.
